To enable us to support our aspirations for the future and as part of our commitment to our employees and the greater community, we run three different programmes which are as follows:


Our employees are given the opportunity to be part of a Learnership programme. 
Each year, 6 to 8 employees are selected to be a part of the programme which give them the opportunity to achieve a formal qualification.
Our employees are also given the opportunity to be part of a skills programme. These programmes provide employees with the opportunity to enhance and develop underlying skills for improved performance. 


We partner with AGRI SETA accredited learning institutions to offer students the opportunity to complete their experiential learning, or first year post study internship in a structured and nurturing environment. Interns are given the opportunity to work in various areas of the business exposing them to different disciplines with the opportunity to create awareness for specific interests. Interns get to work with the best of the best in their fields, gaining exposure whilst learning and improving their own skills. 


A newly integrated programme that affords graduates the opportunity to gain vital work experience that will set them up on their path to career success. The programmes allow graduates to work in an area of the business which allows them to apply what they have learnt during their studies, in practical application. The programme is offered as either a six month or one year programme.
