Peter Prentice

Non-Executive Chairman: H L Hall and Sons Holdings Ltd

Peter qualified as a chartered accountant at Ernst and Young in 1976. In 1978 he took up the position of Financial Manager at WJ Spracklen (Pty) Ltd, and was promoted a year later to General Manager.

In 1981 he became an audit partner at Cameron & Prentice which practice merged with BDO South Africa Inc, where he is today.

Peter joined the Halls Board in June 1989 and became Non-Executive Chairman in August 2006.
